Anthony Zemke (b. 1998, Aotearoa New Zealand) is an artist of Iranian-Pākehā descent specialising in painting, illustration, and calligraphy. His work is guided by a conceptual framework that draws on the Baha'i teachings, Eastern mysticism, and Western philosophy, with abstraction serving as the ideal vehicle for communicating spiritual and metaphysical realities.

Zemke explores themes such as the dialectic of humanity's oneness and diversity, the fundamental unity of the world's religio-philosophical belief systems, and the centrality of hope to any vision of humanity’s future. He achieves this through the use of abstract forms, calligraphic symbols, and meditative composition, which combine to create works that are both visually and intellectually engaging.

Graduating from the University of Auckland in 2020 with a Bachelors of Biomedical Engineering, Zemke currently balances his work as a medical device designer alongside an emerging artistic practice.
